ROUTINE: Use on skin as a light moisturizer for dry or parched skin; also, as a body massage oil for aromatherapy.

RITUAL: Sweep WSBO on wrists. Rub wrists together and inhale the scent twice or as many times needed to bring solitude to the mind and body before prayer/meditation. Remember to journal any words spirit has shared with you during your practice.
